I created The Well Rounded Belly to offer families a different kind of support—care that is grounded in both clinical understanding and real, hands-on experience.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a birth doula, massage therapist, and labor & delivery nurse, and what I’ve seen is that families feel more confident and supported when they understand what’s happening and have someone steady beside them to help them navigate it.

That’s the foundation of this work.

As I continue my training in midwifery, I’ve shifted out of personally attending births and bodywork sessions, and into building and mentoring a team of doulas who are trained to support clients with the same level of presence, clinical awareness, and thoughtful guidance.

Each member of the team is intentionally trained and supported—so the care you receive remains consistent, grounded, and aligned with the standard I’ve built this work on.

Alongside client care, I also work closely with newer doulas, sharing the knowledge gained through years in both home and hospital settings. My goal is to help them support their clients well, navigate complex situations with confidence, and build sustainable careers without burning out.

This work has grown beyond just one provider—it’s become a model of care.
